Hello, don't normally leave reviews but thought this time it is well worth people knowing about the amazing customer service I received last week. My fridge broke down a day before I had a party. After calling up my fridge "brand" and being told that I'd have to wait another week for a repairer to come I called up Selective Fridges. They came over that very day, fixed the problem and were amazing. Mac and Sina were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and their customer serviced was fabulous. Highly recommend them to everyone.

We found Mike by Googling. His 5 star rating is no joke. Awesome service. We have never experienced this level of professionalism before. Mike knows his way around a fridge, offers the best advice and his attention to detail is second to none. Mike takes his time and is great value for money. He followed up with us, we didn't have to chase him. He turned up on time, with a smile and did a fantastic job. If you want the best, go with Mike at Selective Fridges. 6 stars from us.

The team gave to my house this morning to fix a problem with our fridge. The problem was soon identified and resolved. The problem was in itself small but it was handled with great professionalism and in a most courteous manner. The firm is certainly on our "to call" list.

I took my Waeco portable fridge for repair today. The fridge is not working on 240v but OK on 12v. The business owner suggested I purchase an external 240VAC to 12VDC Adaptor as this would be a much cheaper option than repairing the fridge. I appreciate his honesty and advice and would highly recommend his services = 5 Stars

Selective fridges offered me a cost effective solution of an external power adapter when they diagnosed that the internal 240 volt transformer was faulty. I accepted and paid $165 for an external adapter. I was disappointed later to find the same product available on the internet for $40 through a reputable supplier. My own fault for not checking earlier, but I did feel a bit ripped off by a 300% markup. Selective Fridges explained that they cannot buy the component so cheap, so there was no comeback.

Dishonest.. Says its a big job requiring expensive parts. After you agree to repair cost, he fixed it in 30mins with a $20 part!! Caught out when asked for the cost breakdown, was given made up figures for callout, labour and overcharged 5 times the retail value for a small common part. Originally told on phone callout fee includes first 30mins and he often fixes it in that time.. Thats just to suck you in. beware!

This was one of my best ever service call experiences. Mac understood the problem on the phone, arrived on time, sorted out the issue and had spare parts on hand just in case I wanted to go further. Within a half hour I had a working fridge and a better understanding of how to maintain my fridge.I was lucky to find Selective Fridges via a Google search and recommend their excellent services to anyone who needs technical assistance.

Rang to get my Waeco fridge fixed was told to use a screwdriver to lever the plug out. Not what I wanted to here will not recomend

Our fridge was several years old when it started having problems. Selective Fridges fixed it and it we have had another 7/8 years of trouble free use. Looks like it's about to die so I rang them for advice on what to buy next, which they happily provided. Great fix and great service.
